(June 14, 2023, 2:05 pm)Location is my favorite part. Nice and scenic. Beautiful building and close to all the stuff but also not in the hustle and bustle. Loved that breakfast is complimentary. Pool and gym were nice. Decor and layout was good. Reception was very helpful. I found the room and nice size and clean.

(June 5, 2023, 10:15 am)Most hotel smells, the odor from old carpet and furniture or odor detergent. This one did not smell. Rooms were clean. The s atervice was good. Basic complimentary breakfast. Paid parking.

(May 2, 2023, 12:51 am)This hotel was definitely on point when it came to hospitality and excellent service. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They gave us the highest floor and provided excellent information about the facility. It is a relatively new hotel, opened just before the pandemic (according to their staff).
Housekeeping was EXCELLENT. They cleaned our room every day and even when we were on the room and requested them to adjust their schedule to clean ours when we were gone, they accommodated us.
Continental breakfast was included in our room and everything was delicious. Lots of options to personalize your breakfast.
I do have to say that if you’re vegetarian, options are slightly limited, but still a lot of variety.
The location is very nice as well, located in the heart of Moncton makes it very accessible (walking distance) to different restaurants and bars downtown.
Finally, I loved the most the fact that we could download the Hyatt app and register our room to get a digital key, which takes off the pressure of leaving it by accident in the room) and also being able to broadcast movies from our own accounts and apps without giving away our passwords.
10/10 would recommend to stay here every time -

Staff was all excellent canada games players and a minor hockey tournament that we got to calling the 4 foot punks. With all the chaos the staff never lost composure. Breakfast was way above top notch. It is a bit on the expensive side but with it I think. Beautiful pool as well
