(April 6, 2023, 2:07 pm)The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because the interest rates are huuuuge (30% and +) BUT if you are in a difficult situation and unable to get a loan at the bank, they are there to help. Amazing customer service, never had an issue. 👏

(October 21, 2022, 10:58 pm)I had a difficult situation tried through a few different loan services, it was very frustrating and constantly felt like I was being judged and picked apart had to jump through so many hoops, Matthew Simkins and the staff were amazing to deal with, you could tell he wanted to help and he did, everyone was great to deal with and couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got. I actually felt like I was treated like a person instead of an application. THANK-YOU
