She is in constant training to offer quality sessions to her clients.
I have been doing his core & balance course (Melt method, hypopressives and muscle building) online since 2020.
It's a real pleasure to follow her classes and do sessions with her, you don't feel the effort and at the same time you see the results.
It respects the physiology of everyone's body and we learn a lot about how it works.
You can do exercises safely with it.
I would define her as a wellness pro.
I highly recommend her for your face-to-face and virtual sports sessions!
