I needed an InvisAlign button repair after it snapped off from a new set of aligners. Not only did Dr. MacKenzie and her team salvage the broken button and fix another broken InvisAlign bump, they only charged me for the supplies, not the repair itself! Highly recommend!

From the first contact they made you feel welcome and important. Dr. MacKenzie was knowledgeable and kind when it came to my situation. Patricia helped me find the best plan package for me. Both made me feel like they have known me for years which was comforting when finding a new orthodontist. I was very please with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontist work.

Dr. MacKenzie is so kind, so understanding, and talented. I've had complications with my smile, I always wanted it to be perfect, even after I had metal braces from a previous orthodontist, I was not happy with my smile. Dr. MacKenzie and her staff made me feel at home and answered any questions I had, and within two weeks I had my first set of aligners. I completed treatment under Dr. MacKenzie's care and I have never been more satisfied with my smile. Whenever someone meets me, I always get a compliment on Dr. MacKenzie's work, and it makes me feel confident to know I put my trust in Dr. MacKenzie.
