Therefore, it was important for us to have someone who we felt we would be trustworthy, thorough, and could communicate his findings in a way that helped us confidently understand the condition of the home before we moved forward. We hired Del to inspect a potential property in Saint John. Del delivered on all of these things. He looked at every aspect of the house, took time to explain any issues he found, answered all of our questions, and even worked with our realtor to get us some repair cost estimates. We would definitely recommend Del to anyone looking for a home inspector in Saint John.

He is professional, knowledgeable and flexible. He inspected an old house (over 100 years old) for us. He took extra time in his inspection to make sure he was able to give us as much information as possible. After the inspection was done we had a received a beautiful, extensive, report, complete with pictures and descriptions of work that needed to be done. We didn’t end up buying the house, but we will definitely go to Del for any future house inspections that we need. Thanks Del!
