When an employee at the mortgage company made an error, Cindy went the extra mile to get it done. So thankful, and highly recommend.

She took the time to answer every question we had and patiently walk us through each step of the home buying process. Honestly, I am not sure we would have managed to purchase our home without Cindy’s assistance. Can not recommend her enough. Thanks Cindy!

Moving to NB i was completely unaware the rules and steps were different than BC but she helps me showing empathy and professionalism. She even took the phone to find a lawyer who can help me going above and beyond her scope. I would recommend her to whomever need help to get a very good mortgage rate

We reached out to Cindy and they were informative, responsive, and re-assuring. Cindy was able to get us a great rate, answer all of our questions, and make the process less stressful overall. I would HIGHLY recommend Cindy for First-Time-Home buyers, as well as anyone who is renewing their mortgages.
I would also like to comment as an LGBTQ2+ couple, we are sometimes nervous about feeling judged or unsafe during "business or financial" transactions (you never know, right?). Cindy was kind, compassionate, and by no means made us feel uncomfortable. It means a lot especially when going through a stressful process like buying a home.. feeling heard, understood, and supported made everything easier! Thanks Cindy!
