Valley Redemption Centre

As long as you choose a non peak time it's always great here. Avoid Saturdays just for being busy. They are always friendly and organized.. Happy to have them here in the valley for us.

Good eve to you all! I have to say when my tour bus pulled up here I thought it was a hokey pokey bar, to my surprise it was not. Mary sue ran with glee gathering her bottles of sparkling water, I chuckled! Only a person like her who sat at the front of the bus would be excited about that. I got up from the wild way (that's what people would call the back of the bus where people like me came from). I wanted to check this out! I didn't have any bottles so I grabbed the water bottle from our bus driver and give him a wink that only he would understand.

I got into an altercation here with another customer but the service I received was excellent.

Backstory: Every year for my father's birthday the two of us would drink a bottle of scotch. Its been 5 years since his passing and I still drink the scotch to myself on September 18.

On September 19 I awoke and had a glass bottle to recycle (I am a HUGE environmentalist) and I was surprised to find Saint John's recycling depots closed. I grabbed my bottle and ventured out to the wild valley.

When I arrived I was surprised that there was a very big line. To me big lines are great because it shows that they have exemplary service that people will come back and wait for, but my optimism was met with a challenge from another customer.

As I waited in the line patiently holding my bottle, another man approach behind me with bags full of pepsi and budweiser cans. He immediately started muttering under his breath about the line.

I waited about 2 minutrd listening to him saying every curse word in the book when I finally turned and said "sir, we are all waiting patiently for the service, please be patient ad well." He became very angry and said "are you honestly just waiting here to return one bottle?" His arm gestures enraged me to no end.

I turned back and said "sir, I am not like the riff raff filling my body with poison pepsi and Budweiser, I only drink tap water and cow's milk which you should too. This is the only time of year I ever allow myself to have alcohol. People like you make me sick belitting others who do things right. If you say another word I will strike you down." It was then my turn to enter and I heard him say "did he just call me riff raff?".

Overall, the service rendered inside was great and I left my deposit in their tip jar. Thank you for recycling my bottle. Meanwhile, when I left my conbatant lowered his eyes and followed my trail inside to return his cans that were once filled with poison.
