Whenever we have questions regarding our unit, they are very good at getting back to us asap. With respect to our unit, it really meets our needs and then some. We live by the water and we get exteemely strong and cold winds and our unit keeps our home very warm. We have referred quite a few friends and they as well are very happy with their purchase and the service. Thank you Dan for your exceptional service.
