I went in to see Janelle for a root touch up and A trim and I also had a steamer treatment. Janelle is amazing and good at interacting and getting the client what they are looking for. Just got home from my appointment with Melissa at R and R salon! I had an excellent experience with my stylist - she was thoughtful, easy to talk to, and took all of my feedback into consideration while treating and styling my (admittedly neglected and damaged) hair! I would absolutely recommend going to the studio and treating yourself 🙂 From the moment I walked in, I felt like everyone there really cared about my experience- they are an amazing team!

I had a wonderful service with Jaydon! I’ve never felt more relaxed and comfortable at a salon before, was given a head/shoulder/neck/hand massage during my appointment. It was glorious! I went in feeling incredibly insecure about my hair due to postpartum hair loss, and I left beaming with joy over my new hair cut and colour! What an surprised on my first visit to this salon. I was pleasantly greeted as I walked in. I was taken to the station, offered a neck and scalp massage, which was wonderful, relaxing. They took the time to pick the correct colour to cover all my grey hair. I was also offered a hand massage while getting my hair shampooed. Liked being pampered while getting my hair done. I will definitely return.

Jaydon is an amazingly stylist! He has a talent for picking the perfect color for each person and also for adding well blended layers in his cuts that just seem to fall perfectly. He is upbeat and professional and willing to share tips and tricks. R&R Hair Salon is beautiful - the decor and music set the tone for relaxation when you walk in. The service is elevated by offerings of a hot or cold drink followed by an aromatherapy neck and scalp massage before your service begins. The products they use are natural, and you can really feel a difference on your scalp during the color and wash. My hair was so shiny at the end, it looked like glass. This is a new salon, but we'll worth the visit!
