(September 3, 2018, 10:33 pm)Also known as 40th street pond. There is a trail around most of the pond, bugs can be bad so be prepared. They have a few docks that are good for fishing off. There is a ADA kayak rack to the left, be warned that it can be very shallow at the launch and the dock area is very small. I have a lot of trouble getting a 13' kayak down there by myself. There is a old boat launch that's Cement to the right of the parking lot, easier to get bigger kayaks or canoes in the water. Fishing is good, lots of pan fish. Some good size pikes and bass too. Also watch the swan, it can be a bit aggressive.
