  I recently visited Northgate Ford for a factory airbag recall on my daughters Mercury Milan. When I initially contacted them to set up my appointment the service department was courteous and worked around my schedule to perform the recall work. The service department was prompt in obtaining the parts needed. The day of my scheduled appointment the service was quick allowing me to wait for the service work to be completed and thorough alerting me the vehicle was extremely low in oil after the service tech performed courtesy safety inspection. I'm thankful of the service departments concerns for each of there costumers vehicles. Well done!!!!! Thank you!!!

  Today's experience was with the service center. This was a much better experience than we had with the used car sales rep. Service crew was extremely helpful and gave us excellent results. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

  All communications were friendly and professional. Car was serviced quickly and completely. Tom Wood came in from sales to greet me which was a special treat. Great job all around.

  Totally impressed with this dealership. I had a great experience buying a pre-owned Silverado through them and working with David. He was genuine and went out of his way to demonstrate that quality of the vehicle and customer care were more important than quantity to them.
