  Josselyn, Brian, Ryan, and Victoria are truly great people. I've been there on a few occasions and received nothing but the best service, they helped me through setting my phone up for the plan suitable for my lifestyle, even set up my auto pay plan. Above and beyond normal service. Truly great people and would suggest this business to anyone and all. 10/10

  I guess from reading all the posts most people have had a good experience with the Marysville Verizon. Well I’m sorry to say but I have a different story. I bought my iPhone and have been on the prepaid plan for almost two years. The phone works great but one day it started announcing a long recorded message every time I tried to make a call. The call would eventually go through but it was very frustrating. I took the phone to the store and showed them what it was doing and the guy just looked at me with a blank stare for about 3 minutes and then said it’s an iPhone issue. He directed me to the Apple store at Partridge Creek and said they will have to fix it. Well after I drove all the way there and took my phone in and explained to them what was going on they just sorta chuckled and told me Verizon provides the service so how could it possibly be an Apple issue. They explained to me in detail why it was a Verizon issue and I went on my merry way. The next day I took my phone back in and asked for a reimbursement for my time and mileage to the Apple store. He just looked at me funny like before and said, WHAT. I then had to train him on why it was a Verizon issue. After my training session he said I guess that really makes sense and just walked away and started helping someone who came in after me. I loudly said thanks for the great customer service and your welcome for me sharing my knowledge with you. He never even acknowledged me and made sure his back was turned on me. Pretty sad when you have to explain to the supposed expert on how their service works. Will never go back there again.
