  I haven't been to the vet in over 7 years so I was apprehensive as to what to expect. NRAH made me and my kitties feel right at home. They went way above with their patience in letting my cat explore and roam. Highly recommend this place, so glad I chose it! They try to get you in a room and ask about their service. 5 stars!

  First time visit and couldn't be happier! Dr. Barnes and her team we super friendly to Annie and myself. They were thorough and gentle. Happy to make North River animal hospital and his doctor for life.

  The staff go above & beyond to make their clients feel heard, appreciated, & a priority. I have been thrilled with the level of care & compassion they show my animals, & recommend them to everyone. They have also been very comforting during difficult events & tough decision-making. I can't say enough good things!

  Despite not having an appointment, the staff at North River Animal Hospital quickly took our puppy without question for emergency care. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Barnes and the entire staff and believe they literally helped to save 4 month old Dudley's life. They patiently answered our many questions and made the life-saving recommendation to transfer him to a hospital where he underwent emergency surgery. Thank you for excellent care!

  I am new to Michigan and after doing research I chose North River animal hospital to care for my fur-babies. I am beyond pleased with the care my dogs have received. The ladies at the front desk are extremely professional, kind, and caring! The techs and veterinarians are wonderful! They explain everything to you and are very compassionate. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do. I want them to know how very much they are appreciated!!!
