  I first came to the Fort Gratiot Belle Tire expecting to get $300-$400 in work done, but ended up with a bill of over $1,400. Yes, it was more than I wanted to spend, but the service was great and the team did a good job explaining and fixing my issues.
  
  Big shout-out to Robert for being extremely helpful and kind at the front desk and also to the entire team for doing great work. I'll definitely be returning.

  Belle Tire has a great group of guys working at this store. They have taken care of many issues for me as well as given me some great deals on Tires and other service. I highly recommend them for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs.
  
  1/25/19 visit yielded the same results: Jordan and the entire crew at Belle Tire are my go to automotive problem solvers. Always knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend Fort Gratiot Belle Tire!

  I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciate Rob, Jordan, and their window guy (Joshua)!
  
  We had to have our sons windshield replaced while he was in college in Ann Arbor. I talked to a rep from Belle Tire in Fort Gratiot but he didn't feel it was safe to wait until he was back home to have it fixed due to the size of the crack. So, we had my son take it to Belle Tire on Washtenaw Ave in Ann Arbor. After the work was done, I had my son text me pictures and I didn't feel that it was done properly. I called Belle Tire in Fort Gratiot to get some guidance on how to handle the matter. I spoke w/Rob and he had me send him the pictures. Before long, I received a call from the Belle Tire in Ann Arbor advising me that they would be redoing my son's windshield. I called Rob from Fort Gratiot back and he said he showed the pictures to his manager Jordan and they contacted Ann Arbor. So, we gave Belle Tire in Ann Arbor the opportunity to reinstall the windshield correctly. However, it looked worse the second time. I sent those pictures to Rob in Fort Gratiot. My son came home for Thanksgiving weekend, so I called Rob and asked if they could take a look at the car in person and he said absolutely. After their window guy took a look at the windshield, they said they were replacing the whole thing at no cost to us because it still wasn't done properly.
  
  Rob and Jordan (and window guy-Joshua) went above and beyond to make sure we received the quality service expected from Belle Tire and to make sure our son was in a safe vehicle. Even though this wasn't their error, they went out of their way to help us.
  
  I would highly recommend these gentlemen and Fort Gratiot Belle Tire!

  Fast and friendly. I was excited that they had the tire I needed and they are open past 6pm for the working people that cannot make it in from 8-6 (at all the other tire places.) When I need tires I will be back. Thank you so much for your help.
