Excellent service, excellent diagnostics, excellent work. Highly recommend Mike.
I called Mike on a Sunday as I was replacing the brakes, rotors, and calipers on my '02 GMC Sierra 2500HD. I had hit a brick wall as the emergency brake was toasted, and Google told me that removing the axle was required to fix that. Well, not only did he fix my problem, but he did it over the phone for free! He explained how to remove the whole assembly without removing the axle... This left me with no e brake but I never use it anyway.
As you can read, I haven't had Mike actually service either of my vehicles yet, but anyone who goes out of his way to help someone he doesn't know when he could have gained revenue from them gets five stars in my book! I will be using him in the future for anything beyond my abilities. Thank you!
