Pro Staff is really a great place to go for physical therapy. Because of numerous surgeries I’ve attended many physical therapy appointments. They have a kind and understanding staff who know how to work with you to get you back to your old self quickly. Everyone there is so kind.
When I came in for my first session at Prostaff I almost cried in relief... although they confirmed that heat was the best answer at the moment, they sat down and explained why and how my mussels worked and helped me understand what I could do to recover faster and what the course the pain and tightness would take. They also let me know how to tell when the would be able to help me as time progressed. Both the therapist I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also kind!
I had had a terribly tight muscle in my neck for almost a week that actually had me incapacitated. I had been to another physical therapist but they just sort of said there was nothing they could do but put heat on it and laid me on a heat pad and went and talked laughed and talked with other staff while I was laying there in pain with no idea of when it would end!
