It hides behind a typical high end name of "estates" but it is a trailer park with some newer model mobile homes as well as modulars and some older trailers. If you're looking for over priced instead of a cheaper apartment try your search here. I recommend a mortgage for a home or a nice apartment prior to checking into this park.
