He keeps his quoted price (no upcharges), and does NOT nickel and dime you for small extra's/changes. I trusted him in my home when I was gone. Once he starts the job, he works daily until he completes it. He is very dependable, and honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Harbortown Construction and Bill Anthony (owner).
