I have been working with Eli for over 6 months and I feel energized even when I’m not .
She is very creative making every session fun and challenging at the same time.
She is constantly varying the circuits just enough to keep me interested.
She is helping me to strengthen my body, specially my back after a car accident .
Now, not only I can function normally, I can also lift weights without pain.
Most importantly, she makes sure I’m doing the moves correctly and reinforces me how it will benefit me.
She is definitely a life coach!
