The man who came to measure was extremely detailed and took his time with the measurements. The men who came to install were professional and polite. This is by far the best place for granite counters.

CD beat out several other companies that my wife and I went to, both on price and product selection. The install was very fast and the installers educated us on the care for our countertops. Could not ask for a better company to go with.

(February 6, 2019, 2:16 am)Best experience ever! I do almost all of my own work, but i knew that a 500# slab of quartz was going to be too much. These guys did a great job! L shaped counter top and a 9'x4' island installed in under 2 hours! Price was exceptional as well.

Your paperwork is less than adequate. I made a deposit on a granite in stock, then had to go back to store 4 times to get pricing/information on additional quantities---it was like pulling teeth to get adequate answers. No one calls you back.
On installation, final paperwork was given at end of install. I called with questions, just before closing time to ask about the additional ADD ON costs which included no specifics. Come to find out 3% credit card charge is added in the Original Quote!! I paid all by check and 3% was subtracted. Nothing was mentioned in original Contract about additional fees if paying be credit card.
Check all your paperwork before signing and ask all questions prior---particularly Countertops Direct. I"m sure I paid sales tax on the 3% credit card fee---the sales tax on the 3% should be refunded to me. I do believe I overpaid on the countertops from what was originally quoted with quantity and price as compared to the final invoice. Any overpayment should be refunded to me.
