They have my business for LIFE (Sorry ABC!! Lol)
They went ABOVE and BEYOND while installing my new radio system. My parents both passed away in Oct 2018. I have a picture of them on my dash, only held with duct tape.
These gentlemen fixed the iv tape look and made my parents picture look FANTASTIC!!!
I cried.... so so sweet!!!!!!

(February 8, 2019, 4:14 pm)Very nice nice people when coming into the store. Very friendly and making my purchase was a great experience. But the day of delivery they had me waiting ALL Day and they didn't show up. I work nights so that cut into my sleep because I was up waiting for my TV to be delivered. Finally I called to see how much longer I would have to wait then they call me back and said the TV I was waiting for got sold to someone else and that's after they approved my order and tagged it sold for me. This one particular manager of the store upgraded my TV but I still had to pay more out of pocket cost that was not in my budget.

This was not something we were looking forward to because it wasn’t like we planned on buying at the time (our washer motor went). We were helped by Robert and he was fantastic! He allowed us to take our time and make our own choice. He was extremely helpful and not at all pushy! Thank you Robert for your superb customer service! Please do yourself a favor and ask for him!

(September 16, 2018, 7:46 pm)Robert was wonderful ! He listened with great intent, to see what our needs were. After looking at several washers and dryers we had questions about a few. He had all the knowledge to answer them with great knowledge of each different manufacturer! We ended up feeling very satisfied. We will not have our washer and dryer until Tuesday. I am sure that it's going to be wonderful
