(May 3, 2021, 1:59 pm)I was the lucky first guest at Pudgy Farms tiny house – even though they were still in the process of opening it was still more than I had hoped. Less than a one-hour drive from Winnipeg, the rental cottage sits in a wooded area with its own private driveway. If you want quiet time and solitude, it’s all yours. But if you venture out for a walk it’s mere steps away from a herd of alpacas! They are friendly and hilarious – I could have watched them all weekend. But then I would have missed out on petting the cats (so many cats!), hanging out with the loveable dogs, and watching the many kinds of birds that live in the woods. It was just what I needed! Hosts Heather and Kelsey are the best hosts – you won’t be disappointed.
