(February 18, 2022, 12:39 am)Love this fitness studio. There is lots of variety in the types of classes and the fitness leaders are first rate. The class leaders provide modifications if needed and lots of encouragement. Personal training is available and on point. On top of all that awesomeness is the studio culture of kindness and support for one another. Oh, did I mention that they also have an online presence so you can workout from home or when travelling and can’t make it to the studio. Thank you Blue Sky Fitness Studio.

The owner is kind, warm and genuine and that is the ambiance of the whole studio. The trainers who work there have the same great vibe. I highly recommend Blue Sky Studio. Five stars!

Kathryn is very professional and supportive.and genuinely cares about her clients.
Classes have options for a lower impact so you can modify the program to suit you.
In addition to a selection of excercise programs, Kathryn provides lots of nutritional information.
I would highly recommend checking this studio out.
