Excellent service. I’ve gotten the staff pic a few times and am never disappointed in the product but the friendly staff is actually what brings me back. I’ve just started getting into purchasing from a dispensary so am not yet a super regular but the few times I’ve been by so far have left me feeling like there is a great team of people here.

I ordered a bong a few weeks ago for pickup, which my boyfriend went to pick up for me. Upon arriving, it was discovered there had been some sort of mixup, wherein the bong I’d ordered wasn’t in stock. No big deal, these things happen! Not only was the sales associate super apologetic, but she substituted a more expensive bong for the same price as the one I’d ordered, and then threw in a few packs of screens on top of that! Honestly, the service was above and beyond. I was blown away! I absolutely recommend them!

The staff is so friendly, and they really take the time to get you exactly what you're looking for. The best prices I have seen anywhere in the city, and an amazing selection of really unique glassware! Worth the journey from any part of the city, to be honest.

I've been by the store several times since opening day and the customer service has been beyond exceptional. You can tell these guys care about the customer experience. Lots of product to choose from and the prices are on point. 10/10 I'd recommend you check out the store. Great work guys, keep it up!

I stopped by Atomic Flower today and I was SO happy with the service! They are currently in their soft opening so they're still waiting for some products and supplies (understandably). The guys that were working greeted us so cheerfully and sincerely. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely appreciative of us coming in, even though we didn't make a purchase. I was super impressed with how pleasant they were overall, especially in comparison to some other places that are not at all personable. I really felt like they care about providing a service and not just making money.
