Big difference from before, especially in winter time, and especially with all our many furry friends here, who love her smile and care just like we do!

I moved here in late September of 2018( before there was landscaping), and have had a great experience with the office staff and maintenance since then! Brayden, Krystal, Deborah, Reim, Gerry, Albert, Nelson… are always so helpful and friendly! From fixing the dishwasher to changing a light bulb- these people are AMAZING!!!!

He ensured I was informed throughout the process and really gave me confidence that he would make sure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. Nelson is very knowledgeable and competent in his work. He was able to quickly identify the issue and explain what needed to happen next for the repair.
Nelson and the other maintenance person working at The Summit at the Seasons are definitely huge assets to Devereux. We the tenants are very lucky to have such a caring and experienced maintenance team.
I would strongly encourage Devereaux to recognize Nelson and his colleague for their amazing work and ensure proper support is provided to these exceptional workers. It would be a tremendous loss to Deveraux and the tenants of the Summit at the Seasons, if we lost Nelson as a maintenance worker as he genuinely cares about the tenants and the welfare of the apartment complex. Please try your best to keep him happy so he can continue making the tenants happy, he truly is a fantastic employee!
