She knew what to look for (things we didn't notice) and was extremely flexible and accommodating. We felt confident looking at houses in this market as Rheanne's attention to detail is what was needed given the no conditions/overbidding situation of the market. Would highly recommend!

The house was being shown Mar 9-16/20, the week covid 19 really began to hit Winnipeg. People were suddenly losing jobs, bank branches were being locked, and mortgage approvals suddenly meant nothing. And yet, with Phil's determination and excellent salesmanship, professionalism and connections he was able to miraculously sell our home.
