He offered wonderful advice, has a great eye for detail, and was never pushy nor tried to steer me in a direction I did not want to go. He listened to what I wanted and was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.

(November 11, 2022, 2:39 am)We listed our house with Jérémie in early August 2022 just as the market was cooling down. Jérémie designed a marketing plan that included staging the house for showings. We had multiple offers and sold above asking and on schedule. Jérémie was very responsive, he cares about his clients and it shows. Full disclosure: we are biased because we have the same last name, but sometimes it’s even harder to get a good review from your own relatives :). Well done Jérémie!

He made selling my wife's condo a breeze and is overall just a genuine human being, he encompasses the 'make a friend, sell a house model.' We will definitely be using him for our next purchase! He sold my condo while i was 7 months pregnant and i didn't need to worry about a thing. He is kind, courteous, professional and knows his stuff. Cant wait to use Jeremie when we are ready to buy our forever home!

When I started looking for a house, I had no idea what I was looking for. Jérémie provided me with valuable insight and advice. He helped me identify my needs and guided me through the entire home buying process. He was always available to answer any questions and he always worked to accommodate my busy work schedule. Jérémie was very patient with me and did not let me settle for a house that would not meet all of my needs. I am so happy that I worked with him.
Jérémie works hard and genuinely cares about finding his clients the perfect property. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
