(February 1, 2023, 6:31 am)I was looking for a house but not a realtor when I met Alex. I just wanted to do it myself and not get rushed to make a decision. Alex changed my mind with his no pressure approach and desire to offer value by digging deeper and doing all the work for me. He pulled up extra intel anywhere he could find it, using connections and contractor specialists to assess the value of our options, identify red flags, and was honest in telling me where I should pass on a house I thought I liked that might give me headaches in the future.
He’s also helped me a lot since buying with moving, utilities and reno advice, etc. I thought I could save myself some money by doing things myself but in retrospect I think I saved myself time, headaches, and money by making a calm and calculated purchase with Alex, avoiding a lot of potential headaches along the way. -

He is the realtor that we are looking for who made us feel our needs are the priority. The amount of time and effort Alex put into the whole process is unbelievable. He have provided us with informations that we needed to make sound decisions and truly felt we were in good hands. We felt we’re working with a friend rather than a real estate agent. Highly recommend Alex to both new home buyers as well as experienced home buyers. 2 properties bought with Alex as our Real Estate Agent and hopefully going for the next one again.

(December 10, 2022, 1:55 am)One of the best realtors I worked with. Sold 3 properties through him with no issues. Always went over beyond and always called to follow up with updates. He was also helping me be a property manager as well since I live out of town so it saved me the hassle of contacting and finding contractors to fix anything that was needed. I can’t thank him enough and will always recommend him to any of my friends and family. He needs to move to BC and be a realtor here.
