5 STARS!!! Team Giancola and the owner John were nothing short of patient, professional and considerate to me during my Covid renovations. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends! John obviously cares a great deal about his customers, the high quality of the renovations services he provides and he takes the time to personally engage with the customer to ensure that they fully satisfied and within the allotted budget. I will be having them return for a bathroom overhaul! There aren’t enough stars for this group. They are a treasure and valuable resource in your pocket!!!
We live in a townhouse and I resented the water damage to our bathroom basement caused by our neighbor's negligence. I grieved the damage caused to my favorite room in the house. It was a huge incovenience and reconstruction was extremely problematic for my son who lives with a chronic lung condition. Team Giancola walked me away from the edge a few times as I was so stressed by Covid, sleep deprived from over thinking, and had trouble making reno decisions because of my resentment. Giancola made sure that air scrubbers were in place and they kept the dust to a minimum. They were most patient as I labored and changed my mind over the smallest of details. I arrived home yesterday to a fully restored bathroom (right before Christmas), more luxurious to what I had ever envisioned. Our insurance adjuster had Giancola come out to conduct emergency repairs after a small house fire that created extensive smoke damage. It's a family business and from the moment the team arrived late Friday night just hours after the incident, we were treated like family. Their biggest concern was our safety and comfort. Based on the excellent treatment and quality of emergency repairs, we decided to stick with Giancola for the balance of the insurance work, amounting to approximately $100,000. The team was easy to work with and delivered a beautiful finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to use Giancola again or recommend them to friends and family.
