We have been in our Eagle Homes built home for over a year now. Loved the experience and the ability to custom build. From the initial design stage, they listened to our needs, helped us come up with a design, and delivered a quality product. They went to bat for us with the city to defend our design choice and layout (kitchen in the basement - big permit headache) - Eagle was able to work with us and support us to get us what we wanted within the city bylaw constraints. Great home builder!!!!
I purchased a townhouse condominium from Eagle Homes in the fall of 2019. From our initial meeting to possession, this builder was best in class when it comes to service (pre and post sales), quality and overall value. They provide a commercial grade experience and results at a residential price. What they include in their basic offerings far exceeds comparable in the areas they build in. I’ve had the opportunity to work with three other, reputable builders in the city over the past 10+ years and can say that the end result far exceeded my expectations.
