(August 18, 2021, 9:03 pm)I was in the process of selling my house to build a new one and I went to one of the show homes at Prairie Point I met with Bob, after going through the process of building a new house with Ventura homes. I then realized that it wasn’t the brightest decision for myself and my family. Bob then referred me to Raj. After meeting with Raj we discussed at length on my present situation, and he told me not to worry. To cut long story short Raj refinanced my home with a better rate. To this day I’m a very happy man and all my thanks goes to Raj, I will recommend Raj to my friends and family anytime.

Raj Lottey was great and helped us with the full process. Raj is very friendly, professional and responsive. He helped us getting a lower rate and quickly close our mortgage. Raj is very great to work with in every way, on top of getting me a great rate he was also extremely friendly and professional. As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions, Raj was always very thorough in his answers and always very responsive. He was also very proactive in his communications with my lawyer, making sure we were hitting all of our critical timelines. Lastly, He went ahead and watched rates on my behalf to ensure I got the best rate right before closing, which resulted in my rate being lowered at the last possible minute (as the prime had dropped). Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone in the market. Outside of my experience with Raj Lottey (Cost To Cost) appears to be set up to be transparent and easy to understand.
