Right from our introductory session we knew that she spoke our real estate language. She understood our lifestyle, the type of neighborhood we desired, AND our need for a basement with VERY SPECIFIC requirements. Her knowledge and experience in the local market really came through for us. She has an outstanding media team that delivered professional photos and a virtual tour for the sale process of our home as well as an effective social media presence to take advantage of all the marketing avenues out there. Her admin team was excellent in communicating everything that was required from our end to ensure all the bank and legal transactions went smoothly and in a timely manner. We felt that she always had our best interest at the forefront and in the end she got the job done. Kailey operates her business with trust and integrity and I will recommend her to anyone who's ever looking for an exceptional agent.
