Her expertise in both nutrition and the fundamentals of growing and birthing a human have made a huge difference in how I processed my experience. Amy's open, nonjudgemental approach allows for authentic learning and discovery in a time when expectations and lack of support can hinder a families growth after the pregnancy stage is over. Her guidance gives women and their families the tools to experience a postpartum that has joy, comfort and support. Amy's work is invaluable - I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
