When I started working with Jean-Guy a little over a year ago, I was drawn to his years of experience and his knowledge on how to build a stronger, more profitable practice and ways to develop better work-life balance. In the short time I have been working with him and his team, they have become so much more. Jean-Guy has become that sounding board that I can count on to be true and fair, to tell me how it really is without sugar coating it, but yet provide me with encouragement and understanding to get me through those really tough days. RPM has quickly become that safe place to land and I can always count on Jean-Guy’s passion and enthusiasm for public practice to fill my tank when I’m running on empty.

They do not only help CPA’s but other small businesses like mine in rural MB, helping me expand my capabilities, confidence, and providing me with many tools to achieve greater success. Despite being a VERY small operation, Jean-Guy nonetheless is providing me with the support I seek by meeting with me in person, accepting phone meetings without much advance notice, even returning calls on weekends and evenings, providing me with unfiltered truths while at the same time, words of encouragement. I recommend any small business owner who is seeking support and help in growing their business to work with RêveNew Practice Management.

I found his passion for practice management infectious and so many of the ideas about how to more effectively run a practice were revolutionary. The dissemination of information was so amazing, I later described to our team as though we were “getting gold”. I would definitely recommend Jean-Guy Talbot and RPM to other practitioners. I am convinced of the value that is being added to our firm and am excited to see what we can achieve.
