The workers were very professional, organized, thorough, punctual, and courteous. Everyone communicated with us on a consistent basis to make sure things were the way we wanted. We love our new space! Highly recommended!!

The quality of the work is superb, customer relations was excellent, and the timelines for various stages of this 3 month project were met without exception. A very professional and personable company which we would highly recommend. Not mentioned above is the excellent electric work done.

(November 25, 2021, 5:04 pm)We had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. Dale and his crew remodeled our bedroom and installed new carpet on our top level. The job was completed in a timely manner and the communication was great. Dale dropped by often to monitor how things were progressing and responded to calls, texts, and emails almost immediately. The guys in his crew take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. They were very friendly and we have no doubt that we will hire them again for our next project. Thanks guys!

Our project was major, including not only an interior reno which involved removing support walls and installing a major beam, but also a 700 sq. foot addition. Every aspect was professionally handled by Creative Design. Not only do they have a team skilled in every aspect of renovation and construction, but the management was on top of every step and present on the site very often. Any updates or questions were very promptly addressed and you could contact them at any time and response was almost immediate. Before you make your final decision, give Dale a call.

Dale came to our home and spent the time to ask us questions to get a better sense of our vision.
After a short time he contacted us with a plan and a budget. We agreed to both and the work began on schedule. We were impressed with the team that Dale sent to our home. Everyone was friendly, professional and very skilled. A special shout out to Vern, Michael, Josh and Dave!
As the work progressed, we were surprised how things quickly began to come together and take shape.
We have had a number of renovations in our home over the years and this was, by far, the most positive experience we’ve had. Dale and Lorna always responded to our questions quickly and cheerfully.
In the end, we have a lower level that far surpassed what we thought it could ever be. We would not hesitate to use Creative Design in the future or to recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their space.
