They did a basement reno for us and everything was on time, on budget and most importantly the quality of work, attention to detail, and finishing work was amazing. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again for any future renos/projects.

Every team member was courteous, prompt and professional. The communication between us and the team was excellent, and we had all our questions answered thoroughly by Kevin and his crew. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work that was done. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but extremely functional. Everything was finished off with meticulous detail. We will absolutely use Mallin Contracting again in the future and would highly recommend them.

The kitchen instal and bathroom tile work were completed to the highest degree of quality craftsmanship, with friendly and professional tradesmen.
Not only was the work superb, but owner Kevin took time out of his day on multiple occasions to come over, and provide invaluable advice to us. He was in close communication through the whole process and really cares that the finished product is exactly what you want it to be.
I would not hesitate to use their services in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a professional contractor in and around Winnipeg.

(August 8, 2019, 1:53 pm)We used Mallin Contracting to renovate our new house pretty much in its entirety. They provided excellent communication throughout the process and we were able to stay within our quoted budget and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kevin and his team are a breath of fresh air in an age where finding an honest contractor can be difficult. Below are some before and after pictures of the job that they did for us. We will need to get our entire basement finished in the future and will definitely be calling Mallin for this project.
