The service was top notch from the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked it up.
The paint work was flawless!
The car was returned washed and cleaned which was much appreciated.
It was a nice experience dealing with Arlington Auto Body.

(October 4, 2022, 3:09 pm)Best experience ever in dealing with a car repair. Creg sourced the part and undertook the repair in short order at 1/3 the cost of the dealership's autobody. A level of service you always hope to receive but rarely do. Highly recommended.

(September 20, 2022, 4:10 pm)This review is for work I have had done over the past two years, some major repairs after a suicidal deer ran in front of my truck, to repairs done on my neighbor's truck I backed into, to the repairs to my rear bumper because of my neighbor's truck.
The major repair on the front of my truck, I don't believe it could have been done any better by any one else. The time line was great, repairs and paint was perfection!
Auto Pac well that's another story!!!
My Neighbor was extremely happy with the repair on his truck and I was happy because the price was right.
Now the replacement of the rear bumper on my truck is a story all of its own!
Craig is a very busy guy and I respect him for the effort he puts in trying to do it right, and to please his customers.
BUT sometimes every company gets an employee they should not have hire! This person did my rear bumper, not good!!!
Craig has done everything he can to try an rectify this job, but we are still waiting for parts, months have gone by!
Am I unhappy? No, just disappointed it has taken so long to get it finished! -
