You should be ok if you wear a mask wash hands and be careful with your bubble. Use your Innotech Colflex spray after every encounter with people and before bed. We keep one in the car at all times. One in my purse. One in bathroom. And 2 in the pantry closet as back ups. Never let your stash get too low before replenishing. We use it mostly for prevention but it sure works fast if you catch a cough or sore throat. Love that Colflex spray. "
