(May 7, 2022, 4:11 pm)Okay so I have to put this out there, farmer Jane is amazing company and the staff there is superb, but the one staff member that stands out time and time again is Erin, every time we walk through the door we are welcomed with her inviting energy and amazing personality! Her Knowledge of product and pros and cons of the strains are un beatable and she helps make a good educated decision when purchasing product from them and I honestly wouldn’t want to be served by anyone else, she deserve a promotion and a raise for her outstanding customer service

(March 4, 2022, 9:14 pm)I have been shopping at this location since it opened up. I recently had a situation where the wrong bag of product was provided to me and I came home open the bag and discovered the error. I phoned the store however the employee working there told me that there is nothing that they could do, however with that being said obviously she was going by what she was told and I have no issues with her whatsoever as she was doing her job. I emailed the manager, no my name is not Karen, I just wanted to see if there was any options that the employee was unaware of to help with my situation because I spent money on a product that I didn't want. Not only did the manager exchange it for what I actually had ordered but the communication was amazing, the staff when I got to the store was amazing, and it's just a great place. It's a fantastic place to buy and I honestly am very grateful that this store exists in Winnipeg I have no interest in going anywhere else I am extremely loyal to this business because of the customer service that they provide.
