Karen was available for us at all times. The whole process was done online and it was super easy to work with her. She is very knowledgeable, dedicated, caring and helpful.
Until the very last minute when our offer got accepted, she monitored the mortgage rates and got us the best rate possible. She was always willing to help and answered all the questions we had. One big question was variable vs. fixed rate mortgage - she gave her honest opinion and we were able to decide with peace of mind.
We truly appreciate her work and advice. Recommend her 100000%! We will definitely come back for her help when we renew our mortgage.
