She has also helped me manage my neck and back pain by recommending exercises and stretches to help strengthen my whole body. This has helped me tremendously. I feel great and totally relaxed after a massage. I highly recommend her!

She is such a warm, kind hearted human being! She knew exactly what areas needed to be worked on! As per schedule, she spent a whole hour making sure I felt relaxed and grounded! I most definitely recommend her to everyone! Thank you Janice❤️💕

She continues to help me with chronic pain/muscle spasticity from MS, always identifies problem areas and uses great pressure. Location is cozy and clean and I love the heated mattress pad cover!

Janice was a thorough therapist who was attentive and addressed my specific needs. She was friendly, yet professional and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit her again!

Janice is excellent at what she does and you can tell she is passionate about helping you fix your aches and pains and will often provide recommendations for exercises and stretches that will help you to feel better in between massages too! I highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, pain relief and a little education too!
