(December 11, 2022, 8:10 pm)I have been trying to have a complete roof redone for several years to avoid any leaks. I wanted cedar as I have had it for my first installation 40 years ago. Lockport roofing did a beautifull job but are no longer in business. Vance from Denali quoted a fair price and all the proper products. They only use grade A cedar applied in a way that accentuates the roof caps. They will also fix my soffits and chimney cap as well as match my small playhouse roof.
Vance will bring my contract to my house and begin tomorrow.
What more can you ask?
I will comment on the finished job which I expect will be just lovely. Our neighbors will be watching and I hope to see more cedar in my neighborhood soon

We have done our Soffit, Fascia & Eaves, then Siding and now a complete re-roof on our house & garage. Absolutely fantastic workmanship every time! Professional, Friendly, Down to Earth and Genuine are the words we would use to describe these guys. Whatever your job...give Vance a call. You won't be sorry!

Vance and his team are extremely hardworking and were very respectful and courteous while working at our place. Vance was able to accommodate the job in our time frame and their quote was very competitive in comparison to other quoted we received. Would recommend.

(August 11, 2022, 2:39 pm)Vance and crew did a full replacement of my roof. He was honest and showed where there were major issues. The estimate he gave was competitive to others we had received. The roof looks good, the vents were adjusted to help alleviate ice damming, and everything is fully weatherproofed overtop the wood sheets.

They were very professional from initial estimate till end of job and our place looks great. The communication was super, and clean up of the site was fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this company (and, in fact, have done so a few times now).
