I find them very professional and thorough.
Most amazing tax expert have ever dealt with. Many years expereince working for Revenue Canada. Explains everything concisely and clearly. Brought my tax to him today and will be ready Monday. Was missing government T4 Which he got for me. Would have taken hours on phone for me to do myself. Started dealing with him when my wife passed. He walked me through the estate tax when I was extremely vulnerable. He is knowledgeably, personable, and has a sense of humor. Gets me every credit I am entitled to. I would not hesitate to refer him to my dearest family and friends(which I have). Not sure other people's issues but all I can say is he is amazing at what he does.
