(March 29, 2022, 2:42 pm)Paid $65 for diagnosis call, clean out unsuccessful, new drain pump suggested. A week later new drain pump installed for $165. Dishwasher worked for a couple weeks, but ultimately same error code occurred.
Re-diagnosis occurred, tried another new pump and was not the solution. Once dishwasher was pulled out of counter the drain tubing was kinked. $112 to re-drill where tubing went into cupboard.
Overall, new drain pump may not have been needed in the first place and we paid almost double what we needed to. -

They came on time. So polite and knowledgeable.
My dryer problem was identified quickly and a price to repair it was given to me on the spot.
The needed part was in his vehicle and my dryer was repaired and working perfectly in less then an hour.
Since my dryer is pretty old I was not sure it could be repaired (well over 10 years old)
They warranty their work and I felt confident I have found my company to call for all future appliance repairs.
I would recommend them to all my family and friend.
Probably the best experience ever with a repair service. And I am a senior.
