I started my housing search uninformed and inexperienced; thankfully, I was pointed in Rosa’s direction by a close, trusted friend. Rosa helped me understand the ins and outs of a mortgage, and of course, scored me an unbelievable rate compared to my own bank and many other banks in Wpg. She even referred me to my realtor whom I also had an outstanding experience with! (Carla Arnason, Remax).

They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that confirmation of financing would be able to be secured quickly ensuring that this was never a condition that sellers baulked at when I was submitting offers. Thanks in part to Rosa, I was able to purchase my home and I couldn't be happier! If anyone is looking for a mortgage broker, she should be the first person you call!!!

We went to see her a couple years ago to what we thought was a basic meeting to get a mortgage but little did we know she would change the direction of our lives in the best way possible. It's no exaggeration that meeting her that day changed our lives and we're so lucky to have her guide us through every detail and so much more.
