She was responsive to emails, quick to answer questions, and let us know exactly what we'd need for a seamless approval with a great rate attached too. I have used Erin for two mortgages over the past few years and will never look elsewhere for a broker. Highly recommend her and her services.

Every time we made a bid on a house, she helped to accommodate the increase or decrease of down payment to maximize our buying potential. She was very easy to get a hold of and quick with paperwork. Super nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Erin Winter!
