Had an amazing experience all around with Tradesman to do a full furnace and AC replacement. The workers were all very friendly, clean and polite, and were so patient with my questions and the strange inconveniences of my small home/window positioning/etc.

The office staff is quick to respond to questions via phone or text, super friendly and helpful, and helped me out with payment options when I needed it.

Before we even considered a new install, we had an inspection done on our very old AC unit, and their technician Matt was super helpful in explaining the system, the issues we were looking at and what felt like an honest recommendation. Dan did our consultation for the new furnace/AC and was also very reassuring and knowledgeable about what we'd be looking at, and both were totally up front about the costs involved with the repairs/install we were considering. As a result, we replaced a 25+ year old furnace and AC unit with confidence.

From knowledgeable, professional staff to how quickly they were able to schedule me for an install (within a week of requesting!), to the fantastic warranty, I have been thoroughly impressed every step of the way. I won't be going anywhere else for my Heating/Cooling needs - Tradesman has a customer for life.

Tradesman was neat, clean, on time, and provided awesome Daikin equipment, the best in my opinion, all stainless heat exchangers and high quality components. Install very well executed and professional. Purchased the extended warranty for 12 years parts and service peace of mind. What a professional customer experience is supposed to be. Tradesman has been excellent from day one. We did a lot of research and got quite a few quotes when our AC needed replacing last summer. Their prices are in the same range as others, but they also offer an 8 year warranty (most were 2) and a free one year service. They also got it in faster than most were able to do, which in the summer was a life saver.
This spring they reminded us to book our service, we were travelling and forgot. Yesterday we got a phone call reminding us we still had our free service available. We booked and they came this morning. The technician showed us how to clean and properly maintain the unit ourselves for the future. He was here for about 2.5 hours and was extremely thorough, helpful and professional.
This is one of the best service experiences I have had in years. Highly recommend this company.

My brother recommended Tradesman to me and I'm sure glad he did. In July, I had a new furnace installed through Efficiency Manitoba. I had Matt and Jake at my house to install the new furnace. I was very impressed how punctual, professional, friendly and efficient they were. I liked that the minute they entered my home, they made sure the new carpeting on my steps to the work area was covered. Very neat and professional. We liked everything from the initial call to set up an appointment for a quote on new unit. Dan B was quick to respond and showed up on time and laid out 3 options for us.
After choosing to go ahead with Tradesman the next step for install was smooth and very quick as we were without AC for a week and Tradesman stepped up in a big way. The crew of Jake, Angelo and Mitch were awesome. Very knowledgeable, efficient and made sure we understood the process of the removal of the old unit and the install of the new one. They made sure the work area steps and flooring were covered, very tidy, and very professional!! Glad we chose Tradesman, from the initial call to start the process to the install completion was a 10 out of 10 for us. Like also how you kept in touch via text or call on updates.
