Based on this there there are important characteristics I have observed that successful recruiters seem to share like energy, enthusiasm, and ability to communicate. Laura consistently delivers on all three of these attributes (plus many others) which has made working with her, from start to finish, a really great experience. She has unique processes which I found beneficial, and I'm never left wondering where things are at with candidates.
