(September 21, 2022, 10:50 pm)Jay was super helpful to me today. She knows a lot about her products and she was able to make great suggestions. She was friendly and enthusiastic. She went out of her way to show me how each product was to be used, made sure I was comfortable with the products I was choosing and what to expect from each. Without her help there were too many choices and I would have had to spend a lot of my own time researching what I needed. She was able to get me what I needed without any additional work on my own.

Perhaps you guys should get someone on that because it’s ridiculous to run into this kind of issue in the year 2022. Leap years are not some new concept that no one knows of so there really are no excuses.

(November 30, 2021, 1:49 pm)One of the best customer service experience in a dispensary before was at Meta when I first met Sami. I was new to cannabis and I needed help on how to start. He was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable with every questions I had and I walked out of that store very excited and confident to tried my first purchase of cannabis. Since than I been looking for the same service but couldn’t quite have the same experience as I did the first time. I finally stop by at this Delta 9 location on 2081 Pembina Highway and I was so excited to see Sami there. I mean the store is so beautiful, great location, and closer to home. The team is very professional, friendly, and very welcoming as we walk through the door to checking out at the register. The inside is it very open, bright, and well organized. This will definitely my go to dispensary in the city. Delta 9 is lucky to have such a leader in one of their store. If you are ever in the area, check this location out and the vast selections of products to choose from.
