(October 20, 2022, 4:20 pm)The best dealership i ever been to. This is my second car and because of getting scammed when I purchased my first car, i was really focused while getting my second car. I been to more then 10 dealers with different brand but the service and the transparency KIA at mcphillips give is 10/10. My dealer was Veerpal and she called us right away when sportage hybrid came in stock. We were really impressed as the wait time is 6-12 months. She and the whole team over there is awesome. Its been almost a month now and the car is so smooth. Best decision ever. Highly recommended.

If you are looking to buy a Kia, do not go anywhere else but to Jim Gauthier Kia. Unlike the other Kia dealerships in the city, Mari and the team were honest, helpful and communication was great. All dealerships can learn a thing or two from them.

(October 22, 2021, 4:42 pm)Best experience at a dealer by far! Most dealers like to play games and waste alot of time. That wasn't the case here, I emailed Tom, we came to a deal, I went in the next day and drove out with my new stinger an hour later. All the staff are extremely friendly and great to deal with. I love that they are straight shooters and never once tried to mislead me.
